KOTA KINABALU:
Saznizam Sazmee Sinoh, who scored 10As in the 2007 SPM examination, attributed his achievement to dedication and self-discipline. The head prefect of SMK Likas said he never took any tuition and revised his lessons consistently despite being actively involved in co-curriculum activities as School Librarian, President of English Club and Chess Club. In fact, Saznizam was involved in every activity in the school, so much so that his teachers nicknamed him the ‘troubleshooter’. Besides his busy school schedule, Saznizam attends karate classes four times a week and is now a brown- black belt holder. Saznizam is the first and the only student in the history of SMK Likas to achieve straight As in SPM examination. He dedicated his achievement to his parents and also attributed it to the guidance of his teachers.
